These terms explain how TGK inv. software subscriptions work.
Products and accounts
Each purchased subscription covers the selected MetaTrader 5 product for one specified MT5 trading account and the selected duration. An indicator or EA is software, not an investment advisory service.
Expiration and renewal
A license stops functioning when its paid subscription expires. Renewal is not automatic. To continue using a product, the customer must submit a new subscription request, make a new payment, and receive a newly licensed copy of the selected indicator or Expert Advisor for the approved MT5 account.
Orders and activation
Orders require complete and accurate MT5 account and contact information. USDT payments are manually reviewed; a submitted request or blockchain transaction does not by itself mean a license is active. Keep your order reference.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent license restrictions, redistribute paid software, or represent TGK inv. tools as guaranteeing profits. Product-specific documentation and any applicable third-party licenses also apply.
Availability and support
Installation, device compatibility and broker conditions can vary. Contact support for product questions before purchase. A specific response or activation deadline is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
