Refunds and Payment Issues
This policy explains how to request assistance with a purchase or payment problem.
Before paying
Confirm the chosen product, MT5 account number, subscription term, receiving wallet address and TRON (TRC20) network. Cryptocurrency transfers can be irreversible.
If something goes wrong
Contact sales@tgkinv.com or Telegram @Tgkinv with your order reference and transaction ID if your payment is unverified, an account number was entered incorrectly, or an activation problem occurs.
Refunds after activation
As a general business policy, activated digital software subscriptions are non-refundable. This does not exclude any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies where a product was not delivered or is defective or materially not as described. Refund requests made before activation, including duplicate or unfulfilled payments, will be reviewed individually.
Network mistakes
Transfers sent to an incorrect wallet or blockchain network may not be recoverable. Report any mistake immediately; recovery cannot be promised.
